<p>1.&nbsp; <strong><em>Madi Rural Municipality, Kaski</em></strong> has allocated the budget towards the cost of <em>Procurement of goods</em> and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement of goods as follows. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from Nepal.</p>

<p>2. &nbsp; The Office of the <strong><em>Madi Rural Municipality , Kaski</em></strong>&nbsp; invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods.</p>

<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp; The Bidder having valid firm registration, VAT/PAN registration certificates, tax clearance certificate up to FY 2073/074 are eligible for bidding.</p>

<p>4. &nbsp; Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at <strong><em>Madi Rural Municipality, Kaski</em></strong> Phone No. 061-692164.</p>

<p>5. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Madi Rural Municipality,Kaski. Telephone No: 061-692164 Mobile-9856072600, within office hours.</p>

<p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp; Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of the Madi Rural Municipality, Kaski, by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 before <strong><em>2074/7/12.</em></strong>, The Bidders&nbsp; purchase the hard copy of bidding documents, the Bidder shall be required to deposit cost of bidding document in the MRM's Rajaswa (revenue) account either by direct deposit or by tele-transfer of deposit in the MRM account for the purchase of bids as specified below and electronic scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher or Tele-transfer certificate shall also be submitted along with the electronic bid files.</p>

<p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp; Sealed Bids must be submitted to the <strong><em>office of Madi&nbsp; Rural Municipality ,Kaski</em></strong> on or before <strong><em>12:00 Hrs</em></strong> on <strong><em>2074/7/13</em></strong>. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.</p>

<p>8. &nbsp; Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend <strong><em>13:00 Hrs</em></strong> on <strong><em>2074/7/13</em></strong> at the office of <em>Madi Rural Municipality ,Kaski</em>. Bids must be valid for a period of <strong><em>45 days</em></strong> counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, as follows, which shall be valid for minimum <strong><em>30 days</em></strong> beyond the bid validity period.</p>

<p>9. &nbsp; If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.</p>

<p>10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.</p>
